Sadly I can't remember the doctors name or I'd shout her out.
I was very worried and nervous coming in and was met by a friendly reassuring lady who listened to everything I said, asked focused questions and answered all the questions I had to put me at ease.
While I hope to never have to use this service again, if I did, anyone who conducts themselves in this manner will put people's minds at ease.
